Our Story
Our recipes were formulated by our beloved great-grandmother, Annamma Aatha of Pollachi in the Kongu Naadu — a woman of remarkable dedication who nourished a family of ten children, passing down not just food, but values of quality, authenticity and devotion.
The name Annamma is inspired by Goddess Annalakshmi — the divine embodiment of abundance and nourishment, who serves food to the world with unconditional love. Annamma Aatha carried that same spirit in her kitchen: every meal made with pure ingredients and intention nourishes not just the body, but the soul.
Today we honour her memory the only way we know — roasting in small batches, grinding fresh, and packing nothing but what belongs. No fillers, no artificial colours, no shortcuts. Her treasured recipes, unchanged, from her kadai to your table.
How we craft
We hand-pick whole spices and lentils for colour, aroma and freshness — nothing pre-ground.
Each ingredient meets the kadai at its own temperature — until the kitchen smells like home.
